In my opinion if showing underwear when bending, it is too short…anyway, if a woman has passed a “certain age” I will buy this very short miniskirt might become vulgar unless she is having a body of a 30 year! Shorter than this one ,I would think and myself how ever short you like is fine.there is some folks who think if a dress is above your knees it is vulgar. If its almost inlime where your underwear start I would, from a professional standpoint, say its a bit short. That being said. In your home our out and about you are welcome to wear whatever you want. Perhaps the question today should be are men in lycra considered vulgar as you can see the form of everything and see it all juggling up and down when running. Just look at the 2020 Olympics. More seriously though, we need to stop body shaming everyone and accept the human body is normal. We were born naked and will probably leave this world naked.
