I ran a hypnosis program that taught me to drop unhappy thoughts and go to my happy place seemed to work. If I ever get to the point where I feel I was going to lose it, I just left the situation. It gives you both time to reflect. I listen to angry music while doing something that requires a lot of focus.

Cool shirt! The quality is good and the nasa logo seems to be sized right and looks durable. Anxious to see what it does after a few washes. Fit good and was what I expected.
