Those ER doctors and staff were flat-out negligent 02-top music band manowar Classic T-Shirt . You could sue them for malpractice and win a potentially immense sum of money in compensation. They allowed a bad situation to become downright life-threatening. Talk to a lawyer. I believe you can still go after them for malpractice regardless of the outcome. At the very least, ensure the negligent staff was reported to the state medical board. That behavior is unacceptable. I’m glad your son recovered from that ordeal! Hats off to you for your persistence! Best of luck to you too!! Whatever about the checkbook, the medical staff may not do this to another kid if legal action is threatened.

Exactly 02-top music band manowar Classic T-Shirt . Someone doesn’t need to die for the hospital to be held accountable. They had a job to do, and they failed. Not only were they rude, but they refused care. You cannot turn someone away three times without running tests and not be sued when they end up gravely ill. This would be an Assuming the hospital doesn’t fold before litigations. Which I assume they would since it’s blatantly obvious negligence. Also, I would sue for medical costs and a whole lot of pain and suffering. Suing for the costs of upending OPs life to seek treatment probably wouldn’t work since she would’ve had to move to seek treatment anyways. I have a similar experience. Sheer luck is why things turned okay. My mother presented to a doctor having a stroke (partial clot), she got sent home with vertigo. She was slurring and stumbling and looked like a drunken sailor. As someone with vertigo/dizzy spells. Even I can tell the difference from vertigo. My father identified it over the phone as she was 2 hours away. Mum collapsed and couldn’t move half her body a few hours later while caring for our recently disabled grandmother. The only reason she didn’t die and hasn’t received permanent injuries is due to the fantastic medical team & ambulance staff. I still want to track down that doctor that sent my mother home.
